This delicious warm chicken pasta salad is excelent for pasta and chicken lovers.!!!

Ingredients.
1 80 gr (6 oz) pence rigate
1/4 cup (60 ml/2 fl oz) virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed rind of
1 lemon, cut into fine strips
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons shredded fresh basil
4 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
18 black olives, pitted and sliced
l/2 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano leaves
400 gr (13 oz) chicken breast tenderloins
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 cup (20 gr - 3/4 oz) rocket leaves
Directions
Cook the pasta in a large pan of rapidly boiling salted water until al dente drain.
While the
pasta is cooking, naix the olive oil, garlic, lemon rind and juice, basil, tomato, olives and oregano in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Cut the chicken into thin strips. Heat the oil in a medium heavy-based frying pan. Add the chicken strips and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 4 minutes or until cooked through.
Add the drained chicken and warns pasta to the tomato mixture and toss to combine Serve with the rocket leaves.
