I am the pasta cook and of course I´m a Pasta Fan!!
My name is Magaly, and as you probably have noticed I don’t write or speak very well English. So I ask you to forgive me...actually English, is not my first language...but pasta is my first passion!!!
I am the person behind Pasta-recipes-online.com. I’m not going to pretend that I am a great pasta cook; actually I am a 9 to 5 worker woman with no much time to cook.
Nevertheless, I love pasta and I am always looking for new recipes, as well as the best, easy and healthy way to create great tasty recipes!
I had the opportunity to live in different countries, all of them with a strong Italian influence. In my early years in the university I was closely related to a strong Italian community which transmitted to me all the “pasta” knowledge that I have nowadays, as well as the love for this versatile and delicious food.
La Nonna, taught me the secrets for homemade pasta, as well as the simplicity of the traditional Italian recipes and my Mom, with her extraordinary cooking ability, transformed all those simple, traditional Italian recipes into delicious “works of art”. With all this baggage in hands, a full time job and few time to cook I learned adapt and transform that inheritance into fast, easy, tasty and creative 15 minutes pasta recipes.
So, one day I decided to put all together:
