What are nutritional values of pasta ?

Letīs analyze what are the nutritional values of pasta!!!

Every 100 grs of pasta contain less of a 1 gr. of fat. Nevertheless, the cheese, which is essential in many pasta dishes, contains fat. So, my recommendation is...moderates the amount of cheese and considers that 15 grams of cheese is more than enough!!!

Every 100 grs of

pasta contain at the most 75gr to 80Ggr carbohydrates. These amounts provide 300 to 350 calories, which represents approximately the 15% of needs of a person who develops a normal activity with moderate physical exercise.

Other nutritional values of pasta are, vitamins B1 and B2, as well as some minerals and proteins but during cooking some of the nutrients get lost either in the water or by heat, especially some starch, protein, phosphorous and vitamin B1.

For this reason it is crucial that pasta is consumed together with other foods with different protein properties, to enhance the nutritional value of protein and at the same time to keep the balance of all the rest of the ingredients and sauces added to pasta.

THE MAIN REASON WHY PASTA DOES NOT MAKE TO INCREASE WEIGHT IS BECAUSE FAT CONTENT IS REALLY QUITE LOW!!!

Nowadays, has been proved scientifically the beneficial effects of pasta by their carbohydrate contribution, energetic values and easy digestion. It is highly recommended by the nutritionists and specially prescribed for all the sports persons and people put under an important physical activity.
