English Tomato Sauce

Add undrained crushed tomatoes, paste, sauce, sugar and basal Bring to boil, simmer, uncovered, for about 20 minutes or until sauce Is thickened, staring occasionally
This reclpe can be made 2 days ahead. Storage Covered, in refrigerator.
Cheese Sauce
Directions
Melt the butter in a medium pan, add the flour and stir over low heat for 1 minute or until the mixture is slightly golden and smooth.
Remove from the heat and gradually stir in the milk. Return to the heat and stir constantly over medium heat for 4 minutes or until the sauce boils and thickens.
Remove from the heat and stir in the cheese.
This recipe must be made few hours before making the recipe of your election.
