Cooking Conversion Tables

Here you will find various Cooking Conversion Tables to help you to understand the amount of ingredients recommended for any recipe.

Since we share recipes with people around the world, and some of them use Imperial measures and others Metric measures, I realized that it is necessary to specify not only the system of measurment used for each one, as well as facilitate some Cooking conversions measurement charts for oven temperatures, volume, length and weight.











COMMON ABBREVIATIONS

Equivalences for imperial measurement system such as, Pound, cups, tablespoon and teaspoon conversions assume the base weight-volume of water. Nevertheless, do not worry too much whether the ingredient you are measuring is dry or fluid; simply use the measure specified in the recipe.
