In the meantime cook the pasta according to the pasta package instructions, untill al dente. Drain and return to the pan to keep warm. Beat the eggs, Parnaesan and cream in a bowl until well combined. Stir the bacon through the mixture. Pour the sauce over the hot pasta and toss gently until the sauce coats the pasta.
Return the pan to very low heat and cook for 1/2 to 1 minute or until the sauce has slightly thickened. Add freshly ground black pepper and Parmesan, to taste. It is suggested to make the sauce while the pasta is cooking. Traditiolaally, fettucini and tagliatelle are the types of pasta used with this dish, but can be used any pasta of your choice.
